TWT VOL BOT PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS

SECTION I. INTRODUCTION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS

A. Overview

These Official Rules (the "Rules") govern two separate promotional programs (collectively, the "Programs") offered by TradeWithTitans, LLC ("TWT" or "Sponsor"). The Programs consist of:

1. An Immediate Award Program ("Program A"), as more fully described in Section III of these Rules; and
2. A Random Selection Program ("Program B"), as more fully described in Section IV of these Rules.

Each Program shall be conducted independently of the other, although both Programs are subject to these Rules except where specifically noted otherwise herein.

B. Sponsor Information

The Programs are sponsored solely by: TradeWithTitans, LLC located at 2232 Dell Range Blvd, Suite 242, Cheyenne, WY 82009.

C. General Terms

1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN EITHER PROGRAM.
2. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
3. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
4. By participating in either Program, each participant ("Entrant") fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Programs.
5. Each Program is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

SECTION II. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

A. Basic Eligibility

1. These Programs are open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:

1. Are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia;
2. Are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of primary residence, whichever is older; and
3. Have a valid email address and access to the internet.

2. It is the responsibility of each Entrant to verify that their participation in the Programs does not violate any applicable laws or regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.

B. Exclusions

1. The following individuals are not eligible to participate in either Program:

1. Employees, officers, and directors of

1. The Sponsor
2. Sponsor's parent companies
3. Sponsor's affiliates
4. Sponsor's subsidiaries
5. Any advertising, promotion, or fulfillment agencies involved with the Programs

2. Immediate family members (defined as spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) of any individual listed in Section II.B.1.a, regardless of where they live;
3. Individuals living in the same household, whether related or not, as any individual listed in Section II.B.1.a.
4.  Any individuals involved in the development, production, implementation, or distribution of:

1. These Programs
2. The TWT Vol Bot (Version 1.0) TradingView Indicator
3. Any materials related to these Programs

2. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any potential winner. Entry in either Program constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, as described in Section I.C.4.

SECTION III. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM A - IMMEDIATE AWARD PROGRAM

A. Program Period

1. Program A commences on November 19, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time ("EST") and concludes at the earlier of:

1. November 26, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. EST; or
2. The time at which fifteen (15) eligible entries have been verified by Sponsor in accordance with Section VI of these Rules.

2. Time Determination:

1. All times and dates referenced throughout these Rules are EST
2. Sponsor's Google Cloud computer system, shall serve as the official time-keeping device for Program A
3. In the event of any dispute regarding the timing of any entry or other event, Sponsor's Google Cloud computer system records shall be deemed conclusive evidence

B. Entry Method

1. Entry Requirements:

1. During the Program A Period, eligible individuals (as defined in Section II) must:

1. Access the designated survey at https://www.tradewithtitans.com/free-vol-bot.
2. Complete all required fields with accurate information
3. Submit the completed survey

2. Required Fields include:

1. Full legal name
2. Valid email address
3. All survey questions marked as mandatory

2. Entry Restrictions:

1. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Program A Period
2. Multiple entries will be handled as follows:

1. Additional entries from the same person or email address will be void.
2. Only the first entry received will be considered
3. Subsequent entries will be automatically disqualified

3. The following are expressly prohibited:

1. Use of automated entry devices or programs
2. Script, macro, or automated entry methods
3. Multiple email addresses per person
4. Multiple identities per person

C. Entry Processing

1. Verification Process:

1. Entries will be processed in chronological order based on the timestamp recorded by Sponsor's Google Cloud computer system
2. Each entry will undergo verification to ensure:

1. Completion of all required fields
2. Accuracy of provided information
3. No attempts to circumvent fully answering each question
4. Compliance with eligibility requirements set forth in Section II
5. Compliance with entry restrictions specified in Section III.B.2

2. Timestamp Determination:

1. Entry timestamp will be determined by Sponsor's Google Cloud computer system
2. In the event of any dispute regarding entry timestamp:

1. The Sponsor's Google Cloud computer system record shall be deemed conclusive
2. The Sponsor's determination shall be final and binding
3. No alternative evidence of submission time will be considered

D. Program A-Specific Conditions

1. Award Sequence:

1. Awards will be made sequentially based on verified eligible entries, determined by:

1. Entry timestamp as recorded by Sponsor's Google Cloud computer system
2. Successful completion of verification process as detailed in Section III.C.1
3. Meeting all eligibility requirements set forth in Section II

2. The sequence of awards cannot be altered or modified once established

2. Program Conclusion:

1. Program A will conclude automatically upon the earlier of:

1. The award of fifteen (15) prizes to verified eligible entries; or
2. The end of the Program A Period as defined in Section III.A

2. Upon conclusion:

1. No additional entries will be accepted.
2. Any entries received after conclusion will be void

3. Post-Conclusion Entries:

1. Entries received after all awards have been allocated:

1. Will not be eligible for consideration
2. Will not be held for future promotions
3. Will not be returned to entrant

2. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to maintain records of post-conclusion entries as required by law.

SECTION IV. PROMOTIONAL PROGRAM B - RANDOM SELECTION PROGRAM

A. Program Period

1. Entry Period:

1. Program B entries will be accepted during the following period: i. Commencement: November 19, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. EST ii. Conclusion: November 26, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. EST (the "Program B Period")
2. Drawing Timeline:

1. Random drawing will occur on November 27, 2024
2. Drawing will be completed on or before 8:00 p.m. EST
3. Drawing date subject to modification only as provided in Section X.B

B. Entry Methods

1. Online Entry Method:

1. Entry Requirements:

1. Access the designated survey at https://www.tradewithtitans.com/free-vol-bot.
2. Complete all required fields as specified in Section III.B.1.b
3. Submit the completed survey during Program B Period

2. Online Entry Processing:

1. Each complete entry will receive a digital timestamp
2. Timestamp will be recorded in Sponsor's database
3. Entry time determined by Sponsor's computer system

2. Mail-In Entry Method:

1. Required Information:

1. Complete legal name
2. Full mailing address
3. Valid telephone number
4. Valid email address
5. Statement of agreement to these Rules

2. Submission Requirements:

1. Information must be provided by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP code.
2. Must be mailed to: TradeWithTitans, LLC Program B Entry, 2232 Dell Range Blvd Suite 242 Cheyenne, WY 82009.

3. Mail-In Timing Requirements:

1. Must be postmarked during Program B Period
2. Must be received no later than November 26, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. EST
3. Postmark dates will be verified
4. Late-received entries will be void regardless of postmark

4. Additional Mail-In Requirements:

1. Each entry must be mailed separately
2. No outer envelopes larger than standard #10 business envelope
3. No mechanical reproductions permitted
4. No certified, registered, or overnight mail accepted

C. Equal Dignity

1. Treatment of Entries:

1. All eligible entries, regardless of entry method, will:

1. Have equal chance of winning
2. Be included in the same selection pool
3. Be subject to the same verification requirements

2. No entry method shall receive preferential treatment in:

1. The selection process
2. The verification process
3. The award of prizes

D. Entry Restrictions

1. Entry Limits:

1. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of entry method
2. Multiple entries will be handled as follows:

1. All entries beyond the first from same person will be void
2. All entries beyond the first from same email address will be void
3. All entries beyond the first from same physical address will be void
4. Determination of duplicate entries shall be at Sponsor's sole discretion

2. Entry Validation:

1. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of entry:

1. For online entries, screenshots or confirmations are not proof
2. For mail-in entries, postmark or receipt is not proof
3. Only entries received and recorded in Sponsor's systems qualify

2. The following entries are automatically void:

1. Incomplete or illegible entries
2. Entries containing false or misleading information
3. Entries attempting to circumvent any rules stated herein
4. Entries submitted through unauthorized means
5. Entries in excess of the limit stated in Section IV.D.1

E. Selection Methodology

1. Random Drawing Process:

1. Drawing Procedure:

1. All eligible entries received during Program B Period will be assigned a sequential number
2. Numbers will be assigned in order of processing
3. A Python program using a random number generator will select fifteen (15) numbers
4. Entries corresponding to selected numbers will be potential winners

2. Selection Verification:

1. Drawing process will be conducted under supervision of Program administrator
2. Complete records of selection process will be maintained
3. Source code for Python program available upon written request as specified in Section XI.A

2. Alternate Selections:

1. Additional numbers will be drawn as alternates in case:

1. Initial selections are determined to be ineligible
2. Selected entrants cannot be contacted
3. Selected entrants fail to comply with these Rules

2. Alternate Process:

1. Five (5) alternate numbers will be drawn
2. Alternates will be contacted in order drawn
3. Additional alternate drawings may occur if necessary

SECTION V. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Prize Description

1. Prize Specifications:

1. Access to TWT Vol Bot (Version 1.0) TradingView Indicator
2. Standard level of technical support as defined in Section XII.C

2. Prize Quantity:

1. Total of thirty (30) prizes available across both Programs
2. Fifteen (15) prizes allocated to Program A
3. Fifteen (15) prizes allocated to Program B
4. No additional prizes will be awarded

2. Prize Value and Characteristics:

1. Features of TWT Vol Bot (Version 1.0):

1. Access to indicator functionality through TradingView platform
2. Updates during beta period
3. Basic implementation support

2. Prize Parameters:

1. One (1) month access period from date of activation
2. Non-transferable license
3. Subject to TradingView terms of service (https://www.tradingview.com/policies/)
4. Subject to TradeWithTitans Terms & Conditions (https://tradewithtitans.com/terms)

B. Prize Restrictions

1. Usage Limitations:

1. License Restrictions:

1. Single user license only
2. No sublicensing permitted
3. No commercial redistribution
4. No modification or reverse engineering

2. Access Restrictions:

1. Limited to one TradingView account
2. Cannot be transferred to another user
3. Cannot be resold or exchanged
4. Cannot be redeemed for cash value

2. Compliance Requirements:

1. Winners must comply with:

1. These Official Rules
2. TradeWithTitans Terms & Conditions (https://tradewithtitans.com/terms)
3. TradingView terms of service (https://www.tradingview.com/policies/)
4. All applicable laws and regulations

2. Failure to comply may result in:

1. Immediate termination of access
2. Forfeiture of prize
3. Potential legal action as specified in Section IX

C. Prize Delivery

1. Delivery Timeline:

1. Initial Contact:

1. Program A winners will be notified as specified in Section VI.A.1
2. Program B winners will be notified as specified in Section VI.A.2
3. Winners must respond within timeframes specified in Section VI.B

2. Access Provision:

1. Within fourteen (14) days of completed verification
2. Via email to verified winner's email address
3. Including all necessary activation instructions

2. Delivery Method:

1. Digital Delivery Package will include:

1. Access instructions
2. Support contact information

2. Installation Requirements

1. Valid TradingView account required
2. Internet access required
3. Compliance with technical specifications required

3. Technical Support:

1. Initial Setup Support:

1. Available for 30 days from prize delivery
2. Limited to installation and activation issues
3. Provided via email support system

2. Ongoing Support:

1. As specified in Section XII.C
2. Subject to TWT's standard support policies

SECTION VI. WINNER DETERMINATION AND VERIFICATION

A. Winner Notification

B. Verification Requirements

1. Completed Affidavit of Eligibility, including:

1. Confirmation of eligibility criteria from Section II

2. Signed Liability Release

1. All required documentation must be received within seven (7) days of notification

3. Electronic submission permitted unless otherwise specified

C. Verification Process

1. Document Review:

1. Sponsor may request additional documentation

2. Timing of Verification:

1. Initial Review:

1. Completed within five (5) business days of documentation receipt
2. Additional time if further verification required
3. Potential winner will be notified of any delays

2. Final Determination:

1. Made by Sponsor in its sole discretion
2. All decisions are final and binding
3. No appeals process available

D. Disqualification

1. Grounds for Disqualification:

1. Failure to respond within specified timeframes in Section VI.B
2. Failure to provide required documentation
3. Provision of false or misleading information
4. Attempts to circumvent any of the rules herein
5. Incomplete or illegible documentation

2. Discovery of any entry violations under Section III.B or IV.D
3. Violation of any Rules provision
4. Violation of any applicable laws or regulations

2. Effect of Disqualification:

1. Immediate Consequences:

1. Forfeiture of all rights to prize
2. Void of any prior communications regarding potential winner status
3. No compensation provided

2. Replacement Procedures:

1. For Program A: Next eligible entry in timestamp sequence
2. For Program B: Next alternate winner as specified in Section IV.E.2
3. If no alternates remain, prize may go unawarded

E. Winner Publication

1. General Publication Requirements:

SECTION VII. LEGAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Intellectual Property Rights

C. Representations and Warranties

1. Entrant Representations:

2. Entrant has full right and authority to participate
3. Participation does not violate any law or regulation
4. Participation does not violate any third-party rights

2. Additional Warranties:

1. Entrant meets all eligibility requirements of Section II
2. Entry complies with all requirements of Section III or IV
3. Entrant has read and agrees to be bound by these Rules
4. Entrant accepts all terms of the Liability Release

D. Releases and Indemnification

1. General Release:

1. By participating, each Entrant releases and agrees to hold harmless:

2. Sponsor's parent companies, subsidiaries, and affiliates
3. Advertising and promotion agencies
4. Program administrators
5. Each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents

2. Prize acceptance, use, or misuse
3. Technical malfunctions described in Section VIII
4. Any Program-related activity

2. Publicity Release:

1. Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes permission for Sponsor to use:

1. Winner's name
2. Biographical information
3. Entry information
4. Statements about the Program

2. Usage Rights Include:

1. All media now known or hereafter developed
2. Worldwide territory
3. Perpetual duration
4. No additional compensation

3. Indemnification:

1. Each Entrant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Released Parties from:

1. Claims arising from violation of these Rules
2. Claims arising from violation of third-party rights
3. Claims arising from false or misleading information
4. Claims arising from Prize use

2. Indemnification Covers:

1. Legal fees and expenses
2. Settlement costs
3. Judgments
4. Other costs of defense

SECTION VIII. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

A. Technical Limitations

2. Theft or destruction of entries
3. Unauthorized access to entries

2. Data loss or corruption
3. Website downtime
4. Platform compatibility issues

2. Communication Issues:

1. Email delivery failures
2. Telephone system malfunctions
3. Lost or interrupted internet connections
4. Failed electronic notifications

B. Prize-Related Limitations

1. Prize Usage:

1. Sponsor makes no warranties regarding

1. Prize fitness for any purpose
2. Prize performance or functionality
3. Prize compatibility with winner's systems
4. Trading or investment results

2. Additional Limitations:

1. Technical support availability
2. Platform access or availability
3. Market data accuracy
4. System uptime or reliability

C. Trading and Investment Disclaimers

1. Risk Acknowledgment:

1. All participants acknowledge that:

1. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss
2. Past performance is not indicative of future results
3. Hypothetical or simulated performance has inherent limitations
4. No guarantee of profit exists

2. All participants understand the disclaimers concerning the content provided, including any prizes described herein, as detailed in Section 3 of TradeWithTitans Terms of Service (https://www.tradewithtitans.com/terms)

2. Educational Nature:

1. Prize Content:

1. Is provided for educational purposes only
2. Does not constitute financial advice
3. Is not a recommendation to buy or sell securities
4. Should not be relied upon for trading decisions
5. Is applicable to the same conditions and disclaimers shared in Section 3 of TradeWithTitans Terms of Service (https://www.tradewithtitans.com/terms)

2. Additional Disclaimers:

1. Users responsible for own trading decisions
2. Users should conduct independent research
3. Users should consult qualified professionals
4. Individual results will vary

SECTION IX. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

A. Governing Law

1. Governing law, venue, and full details regarding dispute resolution are provided in Section 14 of the TradeWithTitans Terms of Service (https://www.tradewithtitans.com/terms) and are fully applicable to rules provided herein

SECTION X. ADDITIONAL TERMS

A. Force Majeure
