Guarantee:
Trade With Titans (hereinafter "TWT") provides a 7-day money-back guarantee (hereinafter "Guarantee") for new customers (hereinafter "Customer") subscribing to TWT's monthly, quarterly, or annual plans (hereinafter "Subscription"). This Guarantee is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: The Guarantee is available exclusively to new Customers who have not previously subscribed to any TWT services.
Refund Request: To qualify for a refund under this Guarantee, the Customer must submit a refund request within seven (7) calendar days from the date of the initial Subscription (hereinafter "Refund Period").
Proof of Participation: The Customer must provide evidence of having completed the TWT trading journal, available on the TWT website, for a minimum of three (3) out of the seven (7) days within the Refund Period. Satisfactory completion of the trading journal shall be determined at the sole discretion of TWT.
Submission of Refund Request: Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@tradewithtitans.com or through a support ticket on the TWT Discord server.
Refund Processing: Upon receipt of a valid refund request and verification of compliance with the conditions set forth herein, TWT will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method utilized for the initial Subscription.
Exclusions and Limitations: The Guarantee is void if the Customer fails to comply with any of the terms and conditions set forth herein (see Item #7). TWT reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the eligibility criteria or lacks the requisite proof of participation.
Terms of Service: This Guarantee is governed by the TWT Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By subscribing to TWT services, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Guarantee and the TWT Terms of Service.
Modification and Termination: TWT reserves the right to modify or terminate this Guarantee at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion. Any modifications or termination will not affect the Guarantee for Subscriptions made prior to the effective date of such changes.
By subscribing to TWT services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee and the TWT Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
